V této diplomové práci řeším problematiku rozvoje lidských zdrojů ve čtyřech různých podnicích, jejichž výběr nebyl záměrný. Dané téma je čím dál tím důležitější ve vztahu k budoucnosti podniku. Dnes musí podnik ihned reagovat na změny v požadavcích zákazníků. Má-li být podnik flexibilní, musí mít též schopné a flexibilní zaměstnance. Podnikové cíle se neobejdou bez personální strategie.
