Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kolizi mezi svobodou projevu a ochranou osobnosti. V práci jsou uvedeny základní hodnoty, jako právo na ochranu osobnosti a právo na svobodu projevu, včetně právní úpravy. Pozornost je zde věnována také ochraně osobnosti a svobodě projevu na internetu, jelikož v dnešní době se lidé setkávají se zásahem do osobnostních práv právě v prostředí internetu. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the clash between freedom of expression and protection of personality. The work sets out core values, such as the right to protection of one's personality and the right to freedom of expression, including legislation.
