Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku a analýzu jednotlivých historických období vývoje výslechu s cílem jejich komparace a zhodnocení vztahu k současné kriminalistické teorii a praxi.
Abstract:
To characterize and analyze individual historical periods of the development of interrogation with the aim of their comparison and evaluation of the relation to the current criminological theory and practice.
