Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení konkurenční pozice firmy ABC v. o. s. v závislosti na prostředí a definování její konkurenční výhody. Pro určení pozice byly použity strategické metody sloužící k analýze vnitřního a vnějšího okolí podniku.
