Diagnosis of school readiness and preparedness- comparison of kindrgarten Montessori and regular kindergarten

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá charakteristikou předškolního věku, předškolním vzděláváním, jeho strategiemi a také jeho cíli. Druhá kapitola se zaměřila na seznámení s pedagogikou Marie Montessori, představením osobnosti Marie Montessori, výukou a výchovou dle principů Marie Montessori. Vymezením pojmu školní zralost a školní připravenost se zabývá třetí kapitola. Zároveň je zde také rozpracována diagnostika školní zralosti a školní připravenosti, seznámení s podmínkami se začátkem školní docházky a podmínky odkladu školní docházky. Dále jsou zde uvedeny některé diagnostické metody k posouzení školní zralosti a školní připravenosti, které se využívají v pedagogicko – psychologických poradnách, jsou také využívány speciálními pedagogy.

Abstract:

The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics preschool, preschool education, its strategies and objectives. The second chapter focuses on the introduction of Montessori pedagogy, performance personality Maria Montessori, teaching and education according to the principles of Maria Montessori. The definition of school readiness and school readiness of the third chapter. At the same time there is also elaborated diagnostics of school readiness and school readiness, familiarity with the terms of the beginning of school and Conditions delay schooling. Furthermore, there are some diagnostic methods for assessing school readiness and school readiness, which are used in pedagogical - psychological counseling, are also used by special educators.
