Ekonomické aspekty nástaveb a přístaveb rodinných domů v systému K-Kontrol

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickými aspekty nástaveb a přístaveb rodinných domů. Hodnotí přínosy použitého systému K-KONTROL® na stávající stavbu z hlediska nových vlastností této stavby, vyhodnocuje ekonomické aspekty při pořízení, provozu, údržbě a případné likvidaci této stavby, a to na základě indexu udržitelnosti. Na základě komparace provedené stavby při použití stavebního systému K-KONTROL® a cihelného systému Porotherm EKO+ Profi byla zformulována doporučení pro výběr s ohledem na výsledky, které vyplynuly z hodnocení na základě indexu udržitelnosti. Byly tak vyhodnoceny nejenom ekonomické užitky, ale také např. užitky z hlediska životního prostředí apod. Na základě indexu udržitelnosti byl vyhodnocen systém K-KONTROL® jako výhodnější. Tento systém ve srovnání se systémem Porotherm EKO+ Profi v souvislosti s investičními náklady na stavbu byl zároveň levnější, a to o cca 9 %. V práci byla také zhodnocena specifika právních aspektů pořizování nástaveb a přístaveb rodinných domů v systému K-KONTROL®.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the economic aspects of extensions and additions to family houses. It evaluates the benefits of the K-KONTROL® system applied to an existing building in terms of the new features of this building, evaluates the economic aspects in the acquisition, operation, maintenance and eventual disposal of this building, based on the sustainability index. Based on a comparison of the completed construction using the K-KONTROL® building system and the Porotherm EKO+ Profi brick system, recommendations for selection were formulated considering the results that emerged from the evaluation based on the sustainability index. Thus, not only the economic benefits were evaluated, but also e.g. the environmental benefits, etc. On the basis of the sustainability index, the K-KONTROL® system was evaluated as more advantageous. This system was also cheaper compared to the Porotherm EKO+ Profi system in terms of investment costs for construction by about 9 %. The specific legal aspects of the acquisition of extensions and additions to houses in the K-KONTROL® system were also evaluated.
