Abstract:
Proteinové microarrays představují efektivní nástroj pro mnohonásobnou analýzu proteinů a celých proteomů, proto se uplatňují zejména v základním výzkumu a klinické diagnostice. Cílem této práce je uvedení do problematiky proteinových microarrays a poskytnout základní přehled způsobů jejich výroby a detekce signálu.
Abstract:
Protein microarrays represent an effective tool for protein and whole proteome multiplex analysis, thus became especially helpful in basic research and clinical diagnostics. Aim of this thesis is to provide general overview of protein microarray fabrication methods and signal detection.
