Disertační práce předkládá výsledky kontrastivního výzkumu budování genderové identity v amerických a českých YouTube vlozích. Cílem práce je prozkoumat podobnosti a rozdíly ve způsobech, jakými mladí američtí a čeští youtubeři utvářejí inkluzivní, ortodoxní či queer maskulinitu. This Ph.D. thesis is a contrastive study of gender identity construction in the context of American and Czech YouTube vlogs. Its objective is to investigate the similarities and differences in the discursive means of performing orthodox, inclusive, and queer masculinities of young Czech and American YouTube microcelebrities.
