Abstract:
Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je finanční kontrola a efektivnost ve firmě. Konkrétněji jsou zde popsány kontrolní metody, kontrolní postupy a rizika vyskytující se při dosahování stanovených cílů firmy. Ve druhé části závěrečné práce jsou teoretické poznatky, týkající se vzniku rizik a jejich opatření, využity pro doporučenou firmu.
Abstract:
The main theme of this bachelor thesis is the financial control and effectiveness of the company. More specifically, there are described methods of inspection, inspection procedures and risks encountered in achieving business goals of the company. In the second part of this thesis the theoretical knowledge of the risk formation and measures connected with it is used for the recommended firm.
