Diplomová práce charakterizuje negativní i pozitivní efekty dopravy. Na základě celé řady dostupných studií vybírá nejvhodnější metodiku oceňování jednotlivých externích efektů a vyjadřuje tyto efekty v peněžních jednotkách. This thesis describes both the negative and positive effects of transport. On the basis of a number of studies available, it selects the most appropriate methodology for the valuation of external effects, and expresses these effects in monetary terms.
