Possibilities of renewing the vehicle fleet at the delivery service in Pardubice

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá postupem při výběru vhodného vozidla pro kurýrní rozvážkovou službu se zaměřením na rozvoz objednaného jídla z restaurace přímo k zákazníkovi domů, do zaměstnání či kamkoliv jinam. Popisuje aspekty poskytování této služby, definuje vhodné varianty a stanovuje výběrová kritéria, která jsou důležitá pro nejvhodnější rozhodnutí. Výsledkem, k němuž se došlo za použití metod operační analýzy, je návrh na výběr konkrétního vozidla z dostupných variant.

Abstract:

This work deals with the procedure for choosing a suitable vehicle for a courier delivery service focusing on the delivery of ordered food from the restaurant directly to the customer's home, workplace or anywhere else. Describing aspects of the provision of this service, defines suitable variants and determines selection criteria that are important for the most appropriate decision. The result arrived at using operational analysis methods is a design to select a specific vehicle.
