Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma týrané dítě v nemocnici, konkrétněji na výskyt syndromu CAN. Syndrom CAN neboli syndrom týraného zneužívaného a zanedbávaného dítěte je úmyslné ubližování dítěti. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá tím, co syndrom CAN je, jaké jsou jeho formy, dále jeho diagnostikou, prevencí, tím které děti jsou ohrožené (tzv. "rizikové") a v neposlední řadě péčí a terapií dětí. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit přístup zdravotníků k týraným dětem a syndromu CAN obecně. Pomocí dotazníků jsem u personálu Masarykovy nemocnice v Ústí nad Labem zjišťovala informovanost o daném tématu a znalosti postupu v případě setkání s týraným dítětem na pracovišti nebo v běžném životě. Výstupem práce bude zjištění informovanosti zdravotnických pracovníků o syndromu CAN a o tom, zda mají znalosti jak se v případě setkání s týraným dítětem zachovat. V neposlední řadě zjištění, jestli by zdravotníci uvítali jistý postup, který by jim pomohl se při setkání s týraným dítětem chovat profesionálně a navedl je, co a kdy mají udělat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on theme of abused child in a hospital, mainly on occurrence of CAN syndrom. CAN syndrom also known as syndrom of abused and neglected child is intentional harming of a child. This thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is focused on the definitiv of CAN syndrom, at its forms, also at diagnosis, prevention and on children, that are potentially at risk (so-called "risky") and, finally, the care and therapy of these children. The main objektive of the pratical part was to investigace the approach of medici staff to abused children and to CAN syndrom in general. Using questionnaires i have been investigating the awareness of this topic of the staff of the Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem and also thein work with these children in case of meeting them in the hospitál or in everydaylife. The outcome of the work should be fading, if the medici staff has the righ tamount of informatik about the CAN syndrome and whether. They have the knowledge to be have properly in the case of meeting The abused child. Finally, if the medici staff would welcome a guide that would help them to be profesionally in this case.
