Abstract:
Práce se zabývá právními aspekty doménových jmen a doménových sporů. Rozebírá právní prostředky ochrany proti zneužití registrace doménových jmen z pohledu nekalé soutěže, osobnostních práv a ochranných známek. Součástí práce je i analýza alternativního řešení sporů v generických doménách a v doméně .eu včetně rozboru judikatury.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with legal aspects of domain names and domain name disputes. It comprises domain dipsutes under czech competition and trademark and alternative domain dispute resolution at generic TLD and .eu TLD.
