Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma ,,Reforma veřejné správy v České republice“ popisuje v první části události ve veřejné správě, které se udály od vzniku Československa v roce 1918 až do Sametové revoluce v roce 1989. Dále se zaměřuje na události, které vedly k přijetí nejdůležitějšího zákona České republiky – Ústavy ČR, a následnému přijetí zákonů důležitých pro reformu – zákon o vytvoření vyšších územních samosprávných celků, zákon o krajích, zákon o okresních úřadech a další. V dalších dvou částech je podrobněji popsán vznik krajského zřízení a zrušení okresů. Nakonec jsou zde rozvedeny a popsány změny, které nastaly ve veřejné správě po vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis on the topic of ,,Public administration reform in the Czech republic" in the first part describes events in the public administration that took place since the creation of Czechoslovakia in 1918 until the Velvet revolution in 1989. Further focuses on the events that led to the adoption of the most important law of the Czech Republic – Constitution of the CZECH REPUBLIC, and the subsequent adoption of the laws relevant to the reform – the law on the creation of higher–territorial self–governing units, the law about the regions, the law about the district offices, and more. In the other two sections is described the emergence of the regional establishment and abolition of counties. Finally, there are detailed and describes the changes that have occurred in public administration after the entry of the Czech Republic into the European Union.
