Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou nadací a nadačních fondů v České republice. Z počátku vymezuje základní pojmy s tímto tématem související a následně se zaměřuje na nadace a nadační fondy jako na samostatné subjekty práva, na rozdíly mezi nimi a na jejich účel ve společnosti. The bachelor thesis deals with legal regulation of Foundations and Endowment funds in the Czech Republic.
