Cílem diplomové práce je podat čtivý výklad o právní úpravě a konstrukci českých platidel ? českých bankovek a mincí, podat historické aspekty českého oběživa a poukázat taktéž na trestněprávní aspekty na úseku bankovek a mincí. The aim of this thesis is to provide a readable interpretation of the legislation and construction Czech banknotes and coins - Czech banknotes and coins, an historical aspects of the Czech currency and also refer to the criminal aspects of the field notes and coins.
