Redler conveyor for TAP

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá dopravou tuhých alternativních paliv dále již jen TAP, redlerovým dopravníkem a s tím spojenou problematikou. Práce je rozdělena na tři základní oblasti. Jedna z oblastí práce je zaměřena na konstrukci redleru, kde jsou definovány vztahy pro výpočet potřebných dat k návrhu základních rozměrů a specifikaci jednotlivých komponent. Další oblast se soustředí na problematiku TAP jako materiálu určeného k dopravě. TAP jsou definovány jako sypká hmota a jsou zde popsány její základní mechanické vlastnosti. V této oblasti jsou popsány i základní vztahy pro výpočet součinitelů vnitřního a vnějšího tření. Tato oblast řeší i experimentálně změřené mechanické vlastnosti TAP. Poslední oblast se zabývá vypracování jednoduchého programu v excelu Microsoft Office, kde jsou všechny vztahy z oblasti zabývající se konstrukcí zautomatizovány.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on transport of refuse-derived fuel (RDF) by redler conveyor and problems related with it. The thesis is divided into three basic areas. One of the areas of work is focused on the design of the redler, where relations are defined for the calculation of necessary data for the design of basic dimensions and specification of individual components. Another area focuses on RDF as a material for transport. RDF are defined as loose materials and their basic mechanical properties are described here. There are basic relationships for calculating coefficients of internal friction and external friction which are describe this area. This area also solve experimentally measured mechanical properties of TAP. The last area deal with the development of a simple program in Microsoft Office Excel, where all mathematic relations from the design area are automated.
