Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá teoretickým popisem činností realitních kanceláří s přihlédnutím na období ekonomické krize, kladen důraz na významnost marketing managementu a za pomoci vybraných analýz stanoveny návrhy vedoucí ke změně podnikatelské strategie společnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the theoretical description of real estate services with regard to the economic crisis, the emphasis on the importance of marketing management and analysis using the selected set suggestions to change the business strategy.
