Cost cutting in production of meat products and canned meat in Kostelecké uzeniny a.s.
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat jednotlivé náklady a jejich finanční vyjádření ve vybraném výrobním závodě společnosti Kostelecké uzeniny a.s.. Následně náklady seřadit dle jejich finančního vyjádření, dopadu do výsledku hospodaření vybraného výrobního závodu, provést jejich analýzu, navrhnout systém jejich sledování a řízení vedoucí ke snížení vybraných nákladů.

The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is to describe individual expenses and their financial values in a selected production division of Kostelecké uzeniny a.s..
