Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro podnikatelský záměr založení výrobny gumových nástrah pro sportovní rybolov. Podnikatelský plán vychází z teoretických poznatků, které jsou zpracovány v první části a z analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí a také marketingového průzkumu. Cíl práce je i zhodnotit a posoudit ekonomickou reálnost tohoto záměru.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan for a business plan to establish the production of rubber lures for sport fishing. The business plan is based on theoretical knowledge, which is processed in the first part and on analyzes of the internal and external environment as well as marketing research.
