Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení systému řízení nákladů ve vybraném podniku. Při řešení tohoto problému byly provedeny analýzy nákladů, současného sytému jejich řízení a jeho vyhodnocení. Po vyhodnocení byly identifikovány hlavní nedostatky současného systému. V práci bylo navrženo nové řešení kalkulačního systému společnosti. Abstract:
This Master's thesis is focused on improving the cost management system in a selected company. Cost analysis and analysis of the currently used cost management system were carried out and evaluated in order to deal with this issue.
