Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vytvořením metodiky projektového řízení pro dodávku kontaktního centra. Tato metodika obsahuje popis aktérů, kroků a fází projektu, ale také RACI tabulka s přehledem rolí aktérů a Swim-Lane diagram znázorňující postup kroků projektu v čase. The thesis covers the development of a project management methodology for the delivery of a contact centre. This methodology includes a description of the actors, steps and phases of the project, as well as a RACI table with an overview of the roles of the actors and a Swim-Lane diagram showing the progression of the project steps over time.
