Ensuring the security of critical infrastructure at the level of the Pilsen Region

Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sběrem informací o kritické infrastruktuře, legislativou, která ji upravuje, vysvětluje rozdíl mezi kritickou infrastrukturou v České republice a v Evropě. Nechybí vysvětlení důležitých pojmů, které s kritickou infrastrukturou úzce souvisí. V další fázi práce se přechází do konkrétní oblasti, a to Plzeňského kraje, kde jsou opět zjišťovány informace týkající se kritické infrastruktury a její ochrany. Jako objekt kritické infrastruktury je vybrána Fakultní nemocnice Plzeň, pro kterou je vypracována SWOT analýza v souvislosti s pandemií covid-19. Zároveň je zjišťováno, jak je zajištěna bezpečnost ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň. Dále jsou vybrány pohromy, které dané území mohou ohrozit. V závěru práce je sestaven plán řízení rizik pro Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň.

Abstract:

The Bachelor´ Thesis deals with the collection of information about critical infrastructure, the legislation that regulates it, explains the difference between critical infrastructure in the Czech Republic and in the Europe Union. There is no lack of explanation of important concepts that are closely related to critical infrastructure. In the next phase of the work, we move to a specific area, namely the Pilsen region, where information about the critical infrastructure and its protection is again ascertained. The University Hospital in Pilsen is selected as the critical infrastructure object, for which a SWOT analysis is prepared in connection with the covid-19 pandemic. Disasters that may endanger the area are also selected. At the end of the work is compiled a risk management plan for the University Hospital Pilsen.
