Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na krádež jakožto na nejběžnější trestný čin v České republice. This thesis focuses on theft as the most common crime in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains the criminological characteristics of theft, describing methods of how the thefts are committed, typical offenders, victims, motives, crime situations and typical traces.
