Abstract:

Diplomová práce zpracovaná na téma "Pracovní poměr na dobu určitou" se zabývá především platnou právní úpravou pracovního poměru na dobu určitou, ale i jejím historickým vývojem. V práci je stručně nastíněn historický vývoj právní úpravy pracovního poměru na dobu určitou na území České republiky od středověku, tedy od počátků pracovního poměru na dobu určitou, až do současnosti. Práce je zaměřena na problematiku opakovaného sjednávání pracovních poměrů na dobu určitou a transformaci pracovního poměru uzavřeného na dobu určitou na pracovní poměr na dobu neurčitou, a to s ohledem na platnou právní úpravu obsaženou v zákoníku práce.

Abstract:

This thesis "Fixed-term employment contract " is focused especially on the valid legislation of the fixed-term employment but also on its historical progress. The thesis briefly outlines the historical legislation of the fixed-term employment on the Czech territory from the Middle Ages, the beginning of the fixed-term employment, till nowadays. The thesis is focused on re-contracting of the fixed-term employment and transformation of the fixed-term employment to the employment for indefinite period of time according to valid legislation comprised in the Labour Code.
