The bachelor thesis deals with the job satisfaction of czech headmasters and its subjectively percieved influence on the burnout syndrome development. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part introduces basic information about the profession of an elementary school headmaster, workload, burnout syndrome.
