Abstract:
Tato disertační práce se primárně zabývá vlivem inzulínu na transkripci genů, které kódují surfaktantové proteiny, a na jeho vliv na hladiny těchto proteinů v buňkách, jež produkují plicní surfaktant.
Abstract:
This thesis is primarily focused on the effects of insulin on transcription of genes encoding surfactant proteins and on its effect on levels of these proteins in lung surfactant producing cells.
