Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na poruchy imunitního systému, konkrétně na autoimunitu a primární imunodeficience, a popisuje tak fyziologické a patologické mechanismy imunitního systému. Práce se snaží hledat souvislosti rozvoje autoimunitního onemocnění s následným rozvojem primárních imunodeficitů. The bachelor thesis is focused on disorders of the immune system, specifically on autoimmunity and primary immunodeficiency, and describes the physiological and pathological mechanisms of the immune system.
