Tématem této bakalářské práce je vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců ve firmě. První část je zaměřena na teoretická východiska, konkrétně na management, personalistiku, vzdělávání, metody podnikového vzdělávání a motivaci zaměstnanců k dalšímu vzdělávání.
