Survival of patients after femoral neck fractures treated by cervico-capital endoprosthesis

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přežitím pacientů po zlomeninách krčku kosti stehenní řešených cervikokapitální endoprotézou. Teoretická část práce se zabývá historií tohoto zákroku, anatomií pánve a dolní končetiny, zlomeninami krčku kosti stehenní a ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty, kteří toto zranění prodělali. Empirická část se věnuje respondentům, kteří na základě anonymního dotazníkového šetření pomocí dotazníku kvality života SF-36, zhodnotili svůj fyzický a emocionální stav před a po zákroku.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the survival of patients after fractures of the femoral neck treated by cervicocapital endoprosthesis. The theoretical part deals with the history of this procedure, the anatomy of the pelvis and lower limb, fractures of the femoral neck and nursing care for patients who have suffered this injury. The empirical part is devoted to respondents who, on the basis of an anonymous questionnaire survey using the SF-36 quality of life questionnaire, evaluated their physical and emotional state before and after the procedure.
