Internal accounting guidelines and their importance for the selected accounting unit

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje vnitropodnikovým účetním směrnicím a jejich významem pro společnost Eletech, s.r.o. Práce je složena ze dvou částí. První část je věnována čistě teorii, která se zaměřuje na charakteristiku směrnic, její tvorbě, nejčastějších chyb a nedostatků. Také je zde popsáno několik důležitých směrnic z teoretického pohledu. Praktická část, označená jako část druhá, představuje účetní jednotku z pohledu hlavní činnosti, struktury pracovníků a technické struktury. Poté je provedena analýza a je popsáno jedenáct vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic společnosti. Na základě zjištěných informací a nedostatků je provedena úprava označování směrnic, aktualizace neaktuálních částek a je vytvořený návrh na dvě nové účetní směrnice.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is devoted to internal accounting guidelines and their significance for the accounting unit named Eletech, s.r.o. Work consists of two main parts. The first part is purely devote to theory, which focuses on the characteristics of guidelines, their creation, the most common errors and missing parts. From a theory perspective, here are described some of the most important guidelines. The practical part, designated as the second part of the work, presents the accounting unit from the point of view of the main business aktivity, staff structure and technical structure. After that, an analysis is made and company's eleven internal accounting guidelines are described. Based on the information, designation is adjusted, outdated amounts are updated and a proposal for two new accounting guidelines is made.
