Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zjišťuje informovanost žen o výživě v době kojení. Teoretická část se zabývá analýzou výživy v době kojení, od složení až po výživová doporučení. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní průzkumné šetření, mapující tuto problematiku na poporodních odděleních. This bachelor thesis researches the awareness of women as for nutrition. The theoretical part deals with analysis of nutrition of mothers in the time of their breast-feeding; it first notices the necessary components of the nutrition and then offers nutritional recommendations.
