Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Babictví v Čechách, od historie po současnost. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, zda studentky porodní asistence a porodní asistentky znají historii svého oboru. Dílčími cíli práce jsou: zjistit, zda míra vědomostí studentek a porodních asistentek úměrně klesá s dobou, která uplynula od dokončení jejich studia; zjistit, zda považují studentky porodní asistence a porodní asistentky za důležité znát historii svého oboru. Stanovila jsem si tyto hypotézy: více než 50 % dotázaných studentek porodní asistence a porodních asistentek z praxe má dobré znalosti ( 50 % správných odpovědí) o historii svého oboru; znalosti z historie svého oboru se u studentek porodní asistence a porodních asistentek snižují s přibývajícími lety, které uplynuly od dokončení jejich studia; více než 50 % dotázaných studentek porodní asistence a porodních asistentek z praxe považuje poznání historie svého oboru za důležitou. V teoretické části je charakterizovaný vývoj babictví na našem území. Práce je rozčleněna do jednotlivých etap lidských dějin, od pravěku až po moderní dějiny 21. století. V praktické části, která je věnována kvantitativnímu průzkumnému šetření, dochází k analýze a vyhodnocení informací, které jsou získány při sběru dat, dotazníkovou metodou. Respondentkami jsou studentky porodní asistence a porodní asistentky. Z vyhodnocení nasbíraných dat byly získány tyto informace: více než polovina respondentek má dobré znalosti z historie porodní asistence; znalosti z historie se u respondentek s přibývajícími lety, které uplynuly od dokončení studia nesnižují; více než polovina respondentek považuje za důležité znát historii svého oboru. V závěru byl splněn hlavní cíl práce i dílčí cíle a byly potvrzeny dvě ze tří hypotéz, které byly stanoveny.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the Midwifery in Bohemia, from the past to the present. The main aim is to find out if midwifery students and midwives know the history of their field. The sub-objectives of the thesis are: to find out whether the level of knowledge of students and midwives decreases proportionally with the time that has passed since they completed their studies; to find out whether students and midwives consider it important to know the history of their field. I set out the following hypotheses: more than 50% of the surveyed students and midwives have a good knowledge ( 50% correct responses) of the history of their field; students and midwives knowledge of the history of their field decreases as the number of years that have elapsed since they completed their studies increases; more than 50% of the surveyed students and midwives consider it important to know the history of their field. The theoretical part characterizes the development of midwifery in our country. The thesis is divided into different stages of human history, from prehistory to modern history of the 21st century. In the practical part, which is devoted to quantitative survey research, there is an analysis and evaluation of the information that is obtained in the data collection, using the questionnaire method. The respondents are midwifery students and midwives. From the evaluation of the collected data, the following information was obtained: more than half of the respondents have a good knowledge of the history of midwifery; the knowledge of the history of the respondents does not decrease with the years that have passed since graduation; more than half of the respondents consider it important to know the history of their field. In conclusion, the main aim and sub-objectives of the study were met and two of the three hypotheses were confirmed.
