Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat finanční výkonnost zkoumané společnosti XY pomocí nástrojů finanční analýzy a porovnat konečné výsledky s konkurentem na trhu. Poskytne se doporučení týkající se finančního zdraví zkoumané společnosti a způsobů financování. Kromě toho existuje specifický úvod týkající se problému financování malých a středně velkých podniků. Analýzou současného ekonomického pozadí, prezentováním důležitosti spolehlivosti hodnotící společnosti a zavedením nástrojů finanční analýzy, aby se důkladně prozkoumaly problémy financování v malých a středních podnicích. Práce se zaměřuje na nalezení řešení pro zvládnutí možných problémů s financováním ve zkoumané společnosti a představí návrh optimálního způsobu financování společnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of the Bachelor Thesis is to investigate the financial efficiency of examined company XY using tools of financial analysis and compare final results with the competitor on the market. A recommendation about the financial health of the examined company and financing methods will be provided. In addition, there is a specific introduction related to financing problem in small and mediun-sized enterprises. Through analyzing the current economic background, presenting the importance of evaluation companies’ reliability, as well as introducing financial analysis tools, to thoroughly explore the financing issues in the SMEs. The Thesis focuses on finding the solution to handle possible financing problems in the examined company and suggestion of the optimal way of financing the company will be presented.
