Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zavedení chovu Daphnia magna v laboratorních podmínkách Přírodovědecké fakulty na Ostravské univerzitě a zjištění toxického vlivu dichromanu draselného na genovou expresi u tohoto modelového organismu. The aim of this diploma thesis was to introduce the breeding of Daphnia magna in the laboratory conditions of the Faculty of Science at the University of Ostrava and to determine the toxic effect of potassium dichromate on gene expression in this model organism.
