Flexible Forms of Work and Employment in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá flexibilními formami práce a zaměstnání v podniku KOPOS Kolín a.s. V teoretické části jsou popsány flexibilní formy práce a zaměstnání a jejich právní úprava v českém právním prostředí. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou flexibilních forem práce a zaměstnání v podniku KOPOS Kolín a.s., včetně závěrečného zhodnocení.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with flexible forms of work and employment in the company KOPOS Kolín a.s. In the theoretical part there are described flexible forms of work and employment and their legal regulation in the Czech legal environment. The practical part deals with the analysis of flexible forms of work and employment at KOPOS Kolín a.s., including the final evaluation.
