The process of contribution into registered capital of specific company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce vymezuje teoretické pojmy z oblasti podniku, podnikání a základního kapitálu a popisuje vklad části obchodního závodu do základního kapitálu dceřiné společnosti. Charakterizuje vkladatele a nabyvatele a pomocí vybraných metod popisuje, analyzuje a vyhodnocuje proces vkladu. Cílem práce je popsat proces a navrhnout doporučení na jeho zefektivnění. V práci jsou popsány úlohy interních oddělení společnosti, které se vkladem zabývaly. Návrhy na zefektivnění procesu vychází z praktických poznatků a zkušeností s prací vynaloženou na úpravy po provedeném vkladu. Celý proces vkladu je v závěru práce zhodnocen.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis defines theoretical terms in the field of enterprise, enterpreneurship and registered capital and describes the contribution of a part of a business plant to the registered capital of a subsidiary company. It characterizes depositors and acquirers and, using selected methods, describes, analyzes and evaluates the process of contribution. The aim of the work is to describe the process and propose recommendations for its efficiency. The thesis describes the tasks of the company's internal departments that dealt with the contribution. Proposals to streamline the process are based on practical knowledge and experience with the work spent on adjustments after the contribution has been made. The entire contribution process is evaluated at the end of the work.
