Special models of mass control

Abstract:

Úvod obsahuje definici,příklad a oblast využití systémů hromadné obsluhy. Jsou popsány začátky teorie hromadné obsluhy. V hlavní části jsou popsány teoreticky i prakticky systémy se specifickou strukturou kanálu, systémy s prioritami, metody řešení nepoissonovských modelů, příklad jednoho modelu - Model hromadné obsluhy s poissonovým vstupem, vícefázové systémy hromadné obsluhy a nákladově orientované modely. Na CD příloze je ukázka řešení vícefázového modelu pomocí excelu.

Abstract:

Definition, practical example and field of application of systems of mass control. Describtion of beginnings of theory of mass control. In the main part, there is theoretical and practical describtion of systems with specific structure of channel, systems with priorities, methods of solution of nonpoissons models, multiphase systems of mass control and cost-oriented models. On CD add, there is and example of multiphase model in excel.
