Bakalářská práce se věnuje péči o pacienty, kteří podstupují náročnou operaci, která spočívá ve spojení 2 typů operace: ortognátní chirurgii a rekonstrukci čelistních kloubů. Tato operace je nejen náročná svým provedením, ale vyžaduje spolupráci jak sester a lékařů na lůžkovém oddělení, tak pochopitelně i samotného pacienta. The theme of the bachelorś thesis is the care of patients who undergo a difficult surgery. The surgery consists of two types of surgery: orthognatic surgery and reconstruction of temporomandibular joint. This surgery is not difficult to perform only, but it requires the cooperation of nurses and doctors and also the patent himself of course.
