Teachers influence on creation of social climate in class

Abstract:

Sociální klima ve třídě je důležitým faktorem ovlivňujícím především kolektivní vnímání žáků, tedy schopnost vnímat učitele při běžném průběhu vyučovací hodiny. Čím pozitivnější klima je, tím lépe se učiteli s kolektivem pracuje, a je také vyšší předpoklad úspěchu. Taková situace je pro vyučujícího pedagoga nespornou výhodou. Má také šanci navázat se svými žáky vztah, vazbu, která může podpořit dobré mezilidské vztahy mezi žáky a zabránit tak vzniku šikany ve třídě. Ve své práci se v teoretické části budu zabývat osobností učitele a jeho rolí na vznik kladných sociálních vazeb ve třídě, popíši šikanu a vysvětlím pojem sociální klima. V praktické části budu pomocí dotazníkového šetření a případových studií ověřovat svou hypotézu, že učitel může svým přístupem k žákům ovlivnit sociální lima ve třídě a zamezit tak možné šikaně mezi spolužáky. Výchozí literaturu budou tvořit publikace Jara Křivohlavého, Milana Nakonečného, Karla Kopřivy a jiných autorů.

Abstract:

Social climate in the classroom is an important factor which has first of all influence for group perception of pupils, in other words the ability to perceive teacher during normal course of the lesson. The positive climate is, the better teacher works with the group and it is also higher presumption of success. Such a situation is for teaching educator indisputable advantage. He has also a chance to establish a relationship with his pupils, connection, which can support good interpersonal relationships between pupils and protect formation of vexation in the classroom. I deal with teacher’s personality and his roles in the creation of positive social relationships in the classroom in theoretical part of my work. I will describe bullying and explain conception of social climate. I will verify my hypothesis in practical part of my work through questionnaires and case studies from a vocational school, that teacher can have influence to change social climate in classroom by his approach and that way protect possible bullying between pupils. Initial literature will contain publications of Jaro Křivohlavý, Milan Nakonečný, Karel Kopřiva and other authors.
