Cílem této výzkumné práce je zjistit, do jaké míry vstupuje centrála do rozhodování ve třech oblastech na třech úrovních hierarchie ve specifickém typu pobočky centra sdílených služeb. The purpose of this study is to research to what extent the headquarter influences the decision-making autonomy of a Shared Service Centre in three functions and three hierarchy levels.
