International freight transport in company ICOM transport a.s.
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá společností ICOM transport a.s., resp. její divizí, která je zaměřená na mezinárodní kamionovou dopravu. Cílem DP je zmapovat náplň dispečerské práce, nalézt problémy vyskytující se ve společnosti s jejich možnými řešeními, a navrhnout opatření, která by mohla vést ke snížení nákladů na přepravu, popř. k zefektivnění činností uvnitř podniku.
Abstract:
Abstract: This master thesis focuses on ICOM transport a.s. company, mainly on it´s international freight transport department. Goals of this master thesis are description of dispatcher´s daily work, indentifying problems and finding solutions that would lead to reducing costs or increasing company efficiency.
