Předkládaná magisterská práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí. První vychází z pramenného výzkumu soudních spisů Krajského soudu Jihlava z let 1855-1918 týkajících se rušení náboženství a urážky církve. Abstract:
This master thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is based on material research of court files of Regional court Jihlava (1855-1918) relating to religion disturbance and church insult. The analysis creates the profile of typical culprit, finds his motives and addressees of his insults. The second part is an effort to transfer result of material research into history lessons.
