Photovoltaic Energy Taxation
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast legislativní úpravy fotovoltaiek a aplikaci této legislativy v praxi. Stěžejní otázkou jsou pak odvody z fotovoltaiky. Nedílnou součástí je také pravá a nepravá retroaktivita a tak zvaný rdousící efekt daně a příslušnou judikaturou. Práce se též zabývá jednotlivými druhy daní ve vztahu k fotovoltaice a jejímu fungování.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on legislative changes Photovoltaics and application of this legislation in practice. The key issue is then deduced from photovoltaics. An integral part is also true and false retroactivity, and so-called retroactivity and the relevant case law. The work also deals with various kinds of taxes in relation to the PV and its functioning.
