Abstract:

Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl posoudit stávající metody kriminalistické dokumentace, demonstrovat možnosti aplikace moderních metod do kriminalistky a objasnit problémy s tím spojené. Popisuje zkrácený vývoj kriminalistiky, definuje základní pojmy, význam a zásady kriminalistické dokumentace. Zmiňují se zde jak klasické druhy kriminalistické dokumentace, tak i ty moderní jako například Spheron či 3D skenování. Tento souhrn představuje teoretickou část. V praktické části jsou demonstrovány možnosti aplikace moderních metod do kriminalistické praxe a objasněny výhody a nevýhody těchto metod. Poznatky byly získány na základě rozhovoru s plk. Mgr. Petrem Bendlem, Ph.D., který je už řadu let zástupce vedoucího odboru daktyloskopie a dokumentace Kriminalistického ústavu Praha a znalec v oboru kriminalistická fotografie a dokumentace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis aims to review the current criminological documentation methods, to demonstrate the possibilities of the application of the modern methods in the criminology and to clarify the related problems. It describes the shortened development of criminology, defines basic terms, meaning and principles of the criminological documentation. The classic means of the criminological documentation as well as the modern ones such as Spheron or 3D Scanning are being mentioned here. This complex represents the theoretical part. In the practical part, the possibilities of the application of the modern methods in the criminological praxis are demonstrated and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are enlightened. The findings are made based on the discussion with the col. Mgr. Petr Bendl, Ph.D., who has been a representative of the dactyloscopy department manager and documentation of the Kriminalistický ústav Praha (Criminological Institute Prague) and expert in the field of criminological photography and documentation for many years.
