Customs clearance of goods within the logistics chain

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá celním odbavením obchodního zboží. Na základě teoretických znalostí a prakticých zkušeností jsou zpracovány technologické postupy celního odbavení. Teoretická část se zabývá celní legislativou a souvisejícimi postupy celních orgánů. Navazující praktická část aplikuje tyto znalosti v logistice při vývozu a dovozu z a do zemí Evropské unite a na základě poznatků je vytvořen stručný a ucelený přehled informací pro odesílatele, zasílatele, dopravce a příjemce zboží.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s occupy customs clearance of merchandise based theoretic knowledge from Customs Code for European Union and working knowledge of the author the bachelor´s. The bachelor´s thesis focuses on description of customs administration specifics for export, import and transit within logistic chain in kind of transport. The theoretical part focuses on with customs legislation and customs procedure and in the practical part application this knowledge in logistic chain and method of import and export to and from countries of European Union and based on the findings to create brief,and comprehensive an overview of the information for senders, forwarder, haulier and receiver of the goods.
