Diplomová práce se zabývá soukromoprávními důsledky porušení zákona o veřejných zakázkách. Nejprve je věnována pozornost jednotlivým veřejnoprávním a soukromoprávním důsledkům, které mohou vzniknout před nebo po uzavření smlouvy. This thesis deals with the private law consequences of a breach of the Public Procurement Act. Firstly, it is focused on the particular public- and private law consequences that might come up before or after the contract is formed.
