Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zejména seznámit čtenáře s technikou Zena Rommett Floor-barre®. V první kapitole je do historického kontextu uveden vznik této techniky a v dalších kapitolách jsou popsány principy, základní pozice, polohy a jejich provedení. Tato práce také obsahuje příklady sekvencí, které procvičují základní elementy, připravující například tělo tanečníka na trénink klasického tance. Pátá kapitola je zaměřena na části těla z anatomického hlediska a měla by pomoci k porozumění cvičení Floor-barre®. Celá práce je doplněna fotografiemi, které slouží jako jasné zobrazení pozic a cviků. V závěru této práce je zaznamenána moje vlastní laboratoř určitých cvičení této metody, kdy bylo záměrem pozorovat zejména zlepšení postavení těla a případné rehabilitační uplatnění při cvičení Floor-barre®. Práce s respondentem je popsána v poslední kapitole a příloze na konci této práce.

Abstract:

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to introduce the Zena Rommett Floor-barre® technique. The first chapter provides the historical context for the origin of the technique and the following chapters describe the principles, basic positions, postures and their execution. This work also includes examples of sequences, where the basic elements are practiced, preparing for example, the dancer's body for classical dance training. The fifth chapter focuses on different parts of the body from an anatomical point of view and should be helpful in understanding Floor-barre® exercises. The entire work is accompanied by photos that serve as a clear representation of the positions and exercises. At the end of this thesis is recorded my own laboratory of certain exercises of this method, where the intention was mainly to observe the improvement in posture and possible rehabilitation applications of the Floor-barre® exercises.
