Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o smlouvě o dílo ve výstavbě dle Obchodního zákoníku. Blíže rozebírá obecná ustanovení smlouvy o dílo, realizační proces, kontrolu díla, provádění zkoušek díla a předání a splnění díla.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with works contract within the construction in accordance with the Czech Commercial code. It closely analyzes general legal provisions, realisation process, controlling the work, testing the work and completion and acceptance of the work.
