Temperature flexible sensors for smart textile applications

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem flexibilního teplotního senzoru v chytrých textiliích. Úvodní část se zabývá seznámením s možnými způsoby měření teploty a se smart textiliemi. V další kapitole byla provedena literární rešerše textilních teplotních senzorů a průzkum nabízených produktů na trhu. Dále byly tyto senzory porovnány a vyhodnoceny. Hlavní část práce spočívá v návrhu a výrobě praktického senzoru. V této části jsou popsány navržené parametry senzoru, použité materiály a jeho kontaktování. V sekci měření jsou diskutovány změřené kalibrační křivky senzorů. Na konci práce jsou vzorky kriticky zhodnoceny na základě výsledků zátěžových testů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a flexible temperature sensor in smart textiles. The possible methods of temperature measurement and smart textiles are presented in the introduction of this work. In the next chapter, a scientific literature review of textile temperature sensors and a market survey of offered products were performed. Further, these sensors are compared and evaluated. The main part of the thesis is focused on the design and fabrication of the test samples of sensors. It contains the proposed sensor parameters, used materials, and contacting of the sensors. Sensor calibration curve and stress tests are described in the measurement section. Finally, the samples are critically evaluated based on stress tests.
